Susan cared for my son as a baby and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Attentive, caring and communicative, they developed a lovely bond into his toddler years before he progressed to nursery school.
Susan was also able to identify autistic traits (not formally diagnosed until later) and due to her experience was able to adapt her care to his needs.

Susan has provided exceptional care for my children (girl now 15 and boy now 10) both of which have special educational needs. Her patience, understanding, and ability to adapt to each child’s unique requirements have been invaluable.
Susan has supported our family both in childcare and in-home support, especially during a challenging period when my eldest teenager was not attending school. She approached this with sensitivity and consistency, providing stability and reassurance for our whole household. She has supported in online learning, home schooling and has prepared my daughter for her return to her alternative provision.
She is dependable, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to ensure the children feel safe, engaged, and supported. Her creativity, warmth, and professional approach have made a genuine difference to our family’s wellbeing (mine too) and I’m unsure if I could’ve got through this hard period without her support.
I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for support.
