About Me

Hello! Im Paula and I am a mother of one girl aged 4.
After having my own child I was interested in bringing her up holistically and therefore trained with Emmerson College on a Holistic Baby and Childcare Course where I learned about Rudolf Steiner and Emma Piklers methods and so within my childminding I practice these principles and offer a calm, secure and unhurried environment for your child to grow and develop at their own pace whilst feeling loved and nurtured.

At Infinity Gate, our days follow a simple, homely life rhythm, and my role involves tending to your child's every need with calm and gentle attention. The care moments hold a special place in our daily rhythm as these are precious for building a secure, trusting relationship with your child. I provide a balance of adult led activities, such as food preparation, baking, cleaning, and craft. Additionally, we partake in daily circle time, which is based on seasonal songs and gestures to help with language development and opportunities are always available for self directed play.

Based on the principles that children are natural imitators full of curiosity and that they love to be involved in real adult work. I aim to create an atmosphere where children can actively engage in their play or participate in the activities that I am involved in around them.

I am open from Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 3pm and welcome children from one year old up to three and a half years old. My small group will consist of a maximum of three children and me.
