Hi! I’m Emily! I’m an aspiring teacher with 3 years experience working with children aged 3-18, with a specialisation in SEND. I am looking for a side job to help me save up for university, and I would love to continue with something that I am passionate about: working with children! I am a positive, enthusiastic and friendly person who will look after your children with the love and care that they deserve.
My Experience
From September 2021 to October 2022 I worked in a Primary school, mainly with children in Reception and Year 1. In the summer of 2022, I worked as a part time nanny for a 15 year old boy who was diagnosed with non-verbal autism. This then led me to realise how much I love working with children with SEND, and I moved to a secondary school for SEND in October 2022, which is where I have been working since, whilst getting my FdA in Learning Support.
My Qualifications
I received 11 GCSE’s with a grade 5 or higher, and 3 A levels with the grades ABB. I have just completed my FdA in Learning Support.
My Availability
During term time I would be available Monday-Friday after 4pm onwards. During the school holidays I would be available Monday-Friday all day.
