We honestly couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives. He absolutely loves going to Polly and it gives us such peace of mind knowing how happy and settled he is there. He started with her when he was just 11 months old, from the very beginning she has been so hands-on, loving and attentive to his individual needs. She truly goes above and beyond for him and always makes us feel that he is cared for as if he were her own.

We really appreciate how well she keeps us updated, both through the app and with messages throughout the day whenever needed. She knows all his favourite foods and always makes sure he is well fed while still offering him a balanced diet.

It’s also amazing to see just how much he learns while he’s there. He comes home having learned new things, with the cutest cards, drawings and little creations to proudly show us, which we absolutely love. Seeing how much his confidence and personality have grown since starting with her means so much to us.

The setting is always clean, welcoming and well looked after. We feel incredibly lucky to have someone so caring, dedicated and attentive looking after our little boy and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for someone they can truly trust.
