I’m a passionate and dedicated tutor who truly loves teaching and helping children grow—not just academically, but in confidence and curiosity too. I believe learning should be a positive and inspiring experience, and I work hard to create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and enjoy the process of learning.
Watching children develop new skills and become more confident learners is the most rewarding part of what I do. Whether a student needs help catching up, keeping up, or getting ahead, I tailor each session to meet their unique needs and learning style.
My Experience
I have over 5 years of teaching experience, working with children across a range of abilities and educational needs. My background includes supporting students in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a strong focus on preparing pupils for Year 2 and Year 6 SATs.
I have worked closely with children who need targeted support as well as those aiming to achieve greater depth, adapting my teaching style to suit each learner. My experience spans whole-class teaching, small group interventions, and one-to-one tutoring, allowing me to build strong, positive relationships that help children feel confident and capable.
My Qualifications
PGCE- Primary education with QTS.
Bachelor of science- Sports and exercise science.
Full DBS checked and cleared.
5 years of primary school teaching experience.
