My Experience

I worked full-time as a literacy facilitator in a children’s library, caring for and storytelling with children aged 6–14. My role involved reading aloud, supporting their learning with creative activities, and creating a fun, safe space where they could express themselves. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and learning alongside them.

My Qualifications

I have hands-on experience working with children aged 6–14 through my previous full-time library job at a preschool. I’m currently studying a Master’s in Comparative Literature at UCL, with a strong background in reading and storytelling. I also have experience in creative and educational activities like writing, drawing, and leading play sessions.

My Availability

I’m currently available for part-time babysitting, mostly in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. My university classes are over, so I can be flexible around your family’s needs. I’m happy to discuss regular or occasional sessions depending on what works best for you and your child.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

I’m happy to discuss hourly rates based on the number of children, and session length.
