Kay is such a kind, caring, and genuinely lovely person. From the very beginning, she made my child feel completely safe, happy, and at home. It honestly gave me so much comfort knowing my child was so settled with her — she would walk straight through the door excited to see Kay without even saying goodbye to me!

I have my child on a routine, and Kay followed it perfectly while still making every day fun and enjoyable. She takes the children on lovely trips out and always keeps them engaged and happy.

One thing that really stood out to me was how reassuring and supportive she is. Whenever I wanted an update, she would reply quickly and always put my mind at ease. As a parent, that means everything.
