We used Kay's services as the first childminder for our baby girl, at the time she was approx 15 months. Kay was a delight to deal with from the offset being very prompt with messages and also providing updates throughout the day with pictures, we really appreciated this as we felt reassured throughout the day seeing pictures of her food and activities. We also feel that Kay did promote development and skills that we did not realise at first, it was only in a wider setting with other children and on the reports of activities completed during her stay that we realised Kay was very proactive at pushing development with her. I would recommend Kay to all friends and family with no concerns.
