About Me
Hi, my names Lucy, I'm a Level 3 qualified nanny. Im 39 years old and live in Gravesend with my husband. I also spend lots of my time at my family home in Eltham. Im a non driver but extremley punctual with great reference to confirm this. I am therefore looking for a new nannying position either close to Gravesend or Eltham. Gravesend is also direct on the train to Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath (to name a few) all in under an hour.
I've worked in childcare for 20 years, 15 of those years I've worked as a nanny. I love being out and about with the children but my favourite thing to do is crafts and messy play. I'm happy to help with light housework but the children are always my main focus.
Unfortunately my time with my current family is coming to an end. I'd love to find another local family to me, but I'm equally happy to travel further out.
My Experience
I Started out working in nurseries 20 years ago. I worked mainly with babies in the nursery where I was the room leader of the baby room.
I then left to become a nanny. I've had lots of lovely families over the past 15 years and ive stayed with them all long term, all providing great references. I've cared for different age ranges over the years and also did a nanny share for 3 years caring for 4 children at once. My longest time with a family was 7 years.
I'm a non driver but pride myself in My punctuality (with references to confirm).
My first aid and dbs has expired but I'll happily sort both out before starting with a new family.

NVQ level 3 in childcare
(Need to rebook my first aid again because my current one has expired).
