Hi ! I’m Bela — a friendly, reliable, and creative person with a real passion for working with children.
I’m currently a second-year Dance student at Kingston University, and alongside my studies, I teach ballet to children aged 4–6 at Ballette Studios. I’ve also worked as a cover teacher and dance assistant with children aged 0–12, including those with special educational needs. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in communication, classroom management, and creating safe, fun spaces where children can thrive.
I’m confident, patient, and organised, and I love finding ways to engage kids — whether that's through movement, arts and crafts, storytelling, or imaginative games. I also hold an Enhanced DBS, a Paediatric First Aid Certificate, and a Level 1 Safeguarding in Education qualification, so safety and wellbeing are always top of mind.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, music, and visiting exhibitions and performances — and I often find creative ways to bring those interests into my time with children.

In addition to my work in creative settings, I have hands-on experience caring for children in home environments, from newborns through to age 12. I’m confident managing daily routines such as feeding, bath and bedtime, school pickups, homework help, and planning fun, low-pressure activities that match each child’s personality and energy. I understand how to adapt to family routines and expectations, and I always aim to be a calm, dependable presence that both children and parents can count on. Whether I’m caring for a baby or supporting older children after school, I bring a balance of warmth, structure, and clear communication that helps everything run smoothly.

Over 14 years of classical ballet training
Extensive experience in contemporary and hip-hop dance
Degree in Dance at Kingston University
A-Level Dance – Grade B (Royal Academy of Dance)
Strong classroom management and child engagement skills
Experience working with children aged 0–12, including those with special educational needs
Confident in arts and crafts, storytelling, and imaginative play
Basic Portuguese language skills
