Hey, I’m Natasha!
I’m a fun, outgoing and energetic person who has always loved working with children. I started babysitting from a young age, and since then childcare has become a big part of my life. I’m comfortable caring for children of all ages, from newborn babies right through to school-age children, and I understand that every age comes with different routines, needs and personalities.
I also have professional experience as a swimming teacher, having taught children of various ages and abilities through East Renfrewshire Council and Nuffield Health. These roles taught me the importance of patience, encouragement and helping children build confidence while always creating a safe and supportive environment.
I’ve also spent time teaching English to Spanish children in Spain, which was an amazing cultural experience and deepened my passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
I love staying active and keeping kids engaged, whether that’s playing games, doing crafts, getting outdoors or creating little learning opportunities through play. I believe in making time together fun and positive while always respecting the routines, boundaries and preferences set by parents.
My Experience
I have several years of experience caring for children, from newborn babies through to school age. I started babysitting from a young age and have since gained lots of hands-on experience looking after children at different stages of development, so I’m comfortable adapting to different ages, routines and individual needs.
I also worked as an au pair in Spain, where I cared for children within their home environment while also helping them with their English. This gave me valuable experience being part of a family’s day-to-day routine and taking responsibility for the children’s care, activities and learning.
Professionally, I have worked as a swimming teacher for East Renfrewshire Council and Nuffield Health, teaching children of different ages and abilities. This involved keeping children safe, building their confidence and making lessons fun and engaging.
Overall, I’m very confident caring for both babies and older children. I’m naturally energetic, patient and hands-on, and I really enjoy creating a fun, positive and safe environment for children.
