My Experience

I have experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities in both residential and community settings. My responsibilities have included assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, administering medication, and ensuring emotional and physical well-being. I have worked closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver person-centred care, always maintaining dignity, respect, and confidentiality. I am confident in managing challenging behaviours calmly and professionally, and I adapt quickly to new environments and routines.

My Qualifications

I hold a Master of Arts in Special Education (Hearing Impaired) and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Allama Iqbal Open University. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in inclusive education, communication strategies, and supporting individuals with additional needs. I have also received specialized training in special education, as well as certifications in customer service, conflict resolution, and digital marketing.

Combined with my hands-on internship experience in a school for hearing-impaired students, I bring both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of how to support people with diverse learning and communication needs.

My Availability

I am available to work on a casual basis, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. I am flexible with both day and night shifts and can adjust my schedule to meet the needs of the service. I am also open to covering shifts at short notice when required.
