About Me
Hi, I’m Gaby, a warm and experienced childminder based in Borough Green.
We’re a multilingual home (Spanish, Italian, and English), and I love sharing songs, stories, and traditions from different cultures with the children I care for.
I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children can learn through play. Our days include messy play, sensory activities, and Montessori-inspired toys, which I rotate regularly to keep things fresh and exciting.
I also love to include natural resources and promote sustainability in our activities, helping children develop curiosity and respect for the world around them. We enjoy cooking together, encouraging healthy eating habits, independence, and a positive relationship with food and the environment.
Healthy, home-cooked meals and snacks are always a priority, and I’m happy to cater for different dietary requirements and allergies. We also enjoy regular outings to local parks, playgroups, and nature walks to support social skills, independence, and exploration.
I’m dedicated to helping each child grow in confidence and curiosity in a safe, loving setting.

I have nearly 20 years of experience working with young children. Over the years, I’ve worked with—and led—teams in well-known childcare organisations such as LEYF (London Early Years Foundation), gaining extensive knowledge in early years development and high-quality childcare practices.

- Childminding Training (through my agency)
- Paediatric First Aid
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Safeguarding Training

I left my baby Sofia with Gabriela when she was not even 12 months old Mon to Fri for the whole day. Despite my daughter was extremely attached to me and took a little bit of time to settle Gabriela was there to support me and the baby during the difficult time of going back to work to a brand new job. She has been the most reassuring, nurturing and caring lovable person that really made it easier. She is a very nurturing childminder who provides a home to home type of setting ensuring your baby is also developed and stimulated in line with the appropriate age. Very experienced and very knowledgeable her passion and dedication to children speaks volume. I highly recommend her and would 100% have continued using her if i lived closer.
As a bonus she cooks divine and healthy food for every single meal of the day.
