My Requirements

I’m looking for a reliable, caring and proactive full-time nanny to provide consistent support throughout both the school term and school holidays.

During term time, the role will primarily revolve around my daughter’s school routine, including school drop-offs and collections when required, before/after-school care, preparing meals and snacks, supporting homework and reading, and taking her to scheduled extracurricular activities where applicable.

I will sometimes do school collections myself, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working flexibly with me as part of our family routine rather than assuming responsibility for every collection.

During school holidays, including the summer holidays, I will require more extensive daytime childcare. This would include spending the day with my daughter, preparing meals, planning age-appropriate activities and outings, and maintaining her normal routines.

Reliability, punctuality, good communication and sound judgement are extremely important to me. Above all, I’m looking for someone warm and engaging who can build a genuine, positive and respectful relationship with my daughter.

I may also occasionally require evening or weekend childcare by prior arrangement, so some flexibility outside the usual weekday schedule would be helpful. Any additional hours would always be discussed and agreed in advance.
