About Me
We’re a small family of 3. Our son is 6 years old; while very boisterous, he’s pretty well behaved. We only have one person nearby who can help with childcare, and we don’t want to over burden them. We feel our son is old enough and independent enough that a babysitter would work well for us now.

Our son is in full time education at the local school. He does show signs of possible sensory sensitivities, such as jumping, arm flapping, jumping into/onto things, but there is no formal diagnosis and it does not affect his schooling or friendships.
We have a good routine that our son understands (though will complain about). Bedtime routine would involve overseeing toothbrushing, washing face, toilet, then into bed for a chapter or a few short books, then a little chat in the dark and leave him to get himself to sleep.
