About Me

We are a warm, fun-loving family of three living in Reading. Our family includes our beautiful daughter, currently 16 weeks old, myself (Louise), and my partner Jay — we’re both 37. We also share our home with three friendly dogs, a cat, and two chickens, so it’s a lively, fun household with lots of character!

I work full-time in Finance, and Jay runs his own business, so we’re now looking for the right person to become an important part of our family life and help care for our daughter while we work.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a nanny who is:

Experienced with babies and early development
Caring, fun, and creative
Confident in supporting weaning
Organized and proactive
Pet-friendly and comfortable in a home with animals
Aligned with our family values and approach to parenting
Role Details:

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility)
Additional babysitting available outside core hours, if interested
Car available for nursery duties and outings
All expenses for outings (e.g., soft play, baby groups, music classes) will be covered by us
Responsibilities include:
All care relating to our daughter
Preparing and supporting her through weaning and feeding routines
Washing her clothes, tidying and organizing her bedroom and belongings
Planning developmentally appropriate activities to support each milestone
Light grocery shopping and food preparation for the baby
