About Me
I am a trainee Primary Teacher and have just finished my first year at University. I am a local to the Newtown Abbot area and have lived here all my life. I enjoy spending time with my family and our lovely greyhound Theo. I have recently become interested in researching my family history and building my family tree on ancestry (very niche I know!).
My Experience
I have experience working with a range of primary aged children, including SEND, especially children aged 5 - 8. I gained this experience in a local primary school in the area and have spent 10 weeks on serial placement and 4 weeks on block placement giving me experience working with a wide range of children.
My Qualifications
I am DBS checked/certified and have 10 GCSEs (grades 5 -9) and 3 a levels (ABB). I have completed my first year of Primary education (with QTS) at university, which is the equivalent of a level 4 certificate in Education.
My Availability
I am willing to work Mornings and afternoons and I am open to discussing evening work if needed. I am currently available full time, but when I go back to university in September I will only have weekend availability outside of the school holidays.
