About Me
My name is Ms Chibuzo Ohazurike and I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Erith in the London Borough of Bexley. I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and grow with confidence.
With a strong back ground in Childcare and a natural love for children, I offer a homely setting that blends learning with play. I’m patient, caring and committed to supporting each child’s individual learning and development.
My Experience
I have a genuine love for working with children and a strong background for caring for them in both personal and professional settings. My journey with childcare started with my family which helped me to develop a deep understanding to children’s needs, routines and developmental stages.
I am now an Ofsted registered childminder fully trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding and early years development. My setting supports Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Frame Work. Helping children learn through play, creativity and positive interactions.
I have experience supporting children from babies to school age including preparing them for nursery and reception, managing daily routines and providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Whether it’s messy play, reading and outdoor fun or quiet time, I create environment that helps each child’s to feel secure, happy and confident.
My Qualifications
Ofsted registration Safeguarding certificate. Paediatric First aid training certificate. Good hygiene certificate, Recording Children’s development. Developing Children’s Learning, Leadeing and Managing Childminding Setting Certificate, Understanding and working with the EYFS Certificate. Working with Children who have Special Efucation Needs or Disability.
LLB Law. Bachelor of Laws.
My Availability
I offer flexible childcare to support working families for a full time or part time placements.
My current hours are from 6.30-8pm. Monday to Friday.
Weekend are available on request.

We are so grateful to have found Ms Chi as our childminder. From the very first day she has been punctual, professional, and incredibly attentive to our son’s needs. He usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but he connected with Ms Chi almost instantly which speaks volumes about her warmth and natural ability with children.
What really stands out is how adaptable she has been in her approach, taking the time to understand and respond to his Autism diagnosis with patience, care, and creativity. She quickly tuned in to his unique ways of communicating and engaging, which has made such a difference in helping him feel secure and understood.
She creates a caring, safe, and engaging environment, and we can already see the positive impact she has had. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing our son is in such capable and nurturing hands. We couldn’t recommend Ms Chi more highly.
