Hi there,
My name is Effie. I’m 26 years old, I’m from Toronto, Canada and will be living in Telford for about 7 months as my partner is playing for the Telford Tigers hockey team. I’m looking for a nanny job, and would love to provide my services for any families seeking help! I am very kind, loving and fun. I grew up playing sports, basketball, football, and volleyball. I love reading, and love to travel as well!
I’ve always loved working with children and seeing them develop and reach milestones as they grow. That has been the most rewarding part of my job as a childcare worker.
My Experience
I have 6 years experience working with children. I have always worked in daycares, and have work with children in different age groups. Back home, I am an Early Childhood Assistant. I help the registered Early Childhood Educator on a day to day basis. I implement program planning, input the child’s daily routine for the parents to see. E.g. diaper changes, what they ate and how much, pictures of their children engaging in the programming/activities, their nap time, etc. Specifically school age and toddlers. I do occasional babysitting as well back home. I’ve created amazing relationships with the families I worked for in the daycare, who now use me as their babysitter when needed!
My Qualifications
-6 years experience working with children
-first aid training certified

My Availability
My availability is from Monday to Friday from mornings until afternoon. This may change as I am going back to school for a Marketing Bachelors Degree online - however that will start in September and do not have my schedule yet! But, I’m sure I will be flexible once everything is set.
