About Me

Supporting pupils through all stages of Primary Education.

My Experience

I have over 30 years experience within teaching and training. Over 20 years specifically within Primary Education. My approach is very much tailored to suit each young person, starting with building a rapport with each student to get to know their personality and also identify their individual learning styles. I work with the young person to build their self-confidence, so they feel at ease asking questions and asking for help. I then adapt the maths/language content to suit their preferred way of learning. I use a range of different resources to help identify gaps in learning, and I then work with the young person and their parent/carer to address these gaps.
