My Requirements

We are a friendly family relocating to the Berkshire / Streatley / Goring area this June and are urgently looking for a nanny or childminder for our baby boy, who will be six months old at the time.

We are open and flexible on the type of childcare — whether that’s a nanny in our home or a local childminder — but we do need a reliable arrangement in place from June, as mum will be returning to work in London.

The role will be around 4 days per week, with some flexibility on days and hours for the right person.

We’re looking for someone warm, energetic, and genuinely interested in child development. If based in our home, responsibilities would include typical nursery duties such as washing baby clothes, keeping his room tidy, and preparing healthy, nutritious meals for him.

If you are a nanny, a driver is essential as we will be based in a rural area.

This would be a sole charge position if in our home, although mum and dad will be working from home on some days, so you’ll need to be comfortable with us being around.

We are also open to the right nanny bringing their own child or pet.

Above all, we’re hoping to find someone kind, dependable, and nurturing who will become a valued part of our family as our baby grows.
