My Requirements

I have a 15 month old little boy. I am looking for a childminder who can help care and nurture him. He loves music, is very active, creative and loves to dance and bop about. He's obsessed with Bluey. He's very friendly and fearless. I am looking for someone trustworthy as he was a long time coming after a lot of losses and heartbreak. So I really want someone to realise how special he is to us. Someone nurturing who can help give him the confidence and love he needs to become the best possible version of himself. I want to expose him to as an many experiences as possible. We do appreciate a lot of the Montessori approach but due to being busy and money and space constraints we can't adopt it fully at home. As parents we are quite alternative and musical. Both artists and creative. We are older parents. id like someone qualified and with an Ofsted report. Ideally with paediatric first aid training. I'm self employed so days are flexible for me. Id be looking to use the government childcare hours. I do not drive so it needs to be someone who either is local to get to or who offers pick up and drop off.
Ideally I'm looking for 1.5 to 2 days a week please.
We have a dog at home so he is used to pets. No known allergies that we know of other than getting a little red and blotchy with raw tomato (we think) cooked tomato is fine.
