We are a busy, down-to-earth family in St John’s Wood with two children (8 and 3 years old). We are looking for more than just a "supervisor"—we want a kind, reliable, and fun addition to our family who genuinely enjoys creative play and staying active.
Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and maintains a clean, tidy, and respectful presence in our home. We value a calm and grounded personality; we aren't looking for a "party girl" type, but rather someone professional who understands the importance of being a positive role model for our children.
My Requirements
Pay is circa £375pw + accomodation + food
Morning: Wake up, breakfast, and school walk for our son.
Afternoon: School/Nursery collections, playground trips, and activities.
Holidays: There may be an opportunity for a few extra hours.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Proactive Mindset: This is our most important requirement. We are looking for a "self-starter" who sees what needs to be done and does it without needing constant reminders.
Home Management: You will be responsible for basic cooking for the children, clearing up after meals, and managing the children’s laundry and bedding. Kitchen and play areas to be kept clean and tidy.
Engagement: We value creative play and active engagement over screen time. You should be happy to help with homework and take the lead on afternoon fun.
Reliability: Punctuality is essential for the morning routine and school pickups.
Candidate Profile:
Organised: You can manage the kids' schedules and laundry cycles independently.
Respectful: You understand the boundaries of working within a private family home.
Competent Cook: Able to prepare healthy, basic meals for the children without supervision.
