Our daughter is 10 months old. We are looking for four to five hours childcare on three weekdays from 4pm-7pm approximately and for 5 hours on weekends on Saturdays and Sundays. Due to the hours we need we are willing to pay a very attractive hourly rate.

Let us down and failed to contact us.

Ava was meant to start in her position with us and I tried to contact her the day before to check all was in hand for her to start. Ava didn’t get back in touch with us despite messages to her being delivered and she did not answer our call and subsequently this let us down at the last minute and needing to find alternative childcare at short notice.
