Mother to a beautiful 6 month old baby girl. I work for a charity and my partner is an engineer. We both work from home and would love to have some support looking after our baby from mid-July.
My Requirements
We follow attachment parenting approaches :) we would like a nanny who will interact with baby and talk to her all the time with warmth and affection. She is still rocked to sleep and needs contact to stay asleep. We're looking for a nanny to look after baby on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am to 4pm, and on Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm. From 14th July onwards.
However, we are happy to be flexible and make the role appealing to you - please let me know what might entice you!

Safiyah looked after my toddler for around a month. Her experience with babies/young toddlers was really evident in how quickly our daughter took to her and how reliable she quickly proved herself to be. As first time parents we learnt a lot from her and she was able to do things that we found tricky, particularly feeding her where she made a huge impact so quickly. She always has excellent ideas to keep baby busy and engaged and did so many things out of her own initiative e.g. preparing her bag before appointments or preparing simple lunches if there wasn't anything pre cooked. All in all we were really lucky to have her.
