My Requirements

I work as police staff and have a fixed pattern of 3 days on and 7 days off, which means thnat I will need to change my days each week but can give a full years notice of what's required.

For example week 1 would be Mon & Tue, week 2 would be Wed Thu Fri, week 3 would be just Wed, week 4 would be Mon & Tue, week 5 would be Tue Wed Thu, and then we'd go back to week 1.

My shifts are fixed so I always start and finish on time and would be working 7.30 to 17.30 and am willing to drop off and pick up.

My LG has been in nursery for 4 weeks, 3 mornings a week but is just not settling so I am thinking that a childminder may work better?

I would be looking to start straight away so that she has over a month to settle with the childminder before I start work mid November.

I live in the Woolston area and work in Netley.
