We are a warm, welcoming family seeking a Norland-trained nanny, or a nanny with equivalent formal childcare qualifications, to care for our baby under 6 months old in Europe.
This is a shared-care role with first-time parents, so we are looking for someone kind, confident, and happy to work as part of a supportive team around our child.

Essential Requirements:
Norland qualification or equivalent formal childcare training
Extensive experience caring for newborns and young infants
EU passport (required for travel and work in Europe)
Experience in shared-care roles, or openness to working in a shared-care environment
Native-level English, ideally British, Irish, American, Canadian, or Australian, or C1 level English with excellent fluency and a clear accent
Excellent, checkable references
