About Me
We are a family of 4 (3.5 year old boy, 1.5 year old girl) soon to become (hopefully!) a family of 5 in December.
We currently have a lovely aupair who has been amazing, but sadly she is leaving us very shortly to move to Australia to be with her boyfriend! We are looking for someone who would be interested in either being an aupair/nanny for us.
My Requirements
Our childcare requirement is flexible! At the moment our aupair does:
At the moment her schedule is:
Monday 5-7pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30-9am and then 3:45-7pm
Thursday and Friday 6:30-8:15 and then 5-7pm
But, we are very flexible and can add more hours if needed depending on what you want!
Our son goes to a Welsh medium nursery for half of the week, so we would need help getting the kids ready in the morning, and then our daughter dropped to the local nursery and then our son taken to the Welsh medium nursery. This takes about an hour (!) but we will of course pay travel costs and for your time (our son also loves the bus and train so it’s his favourite thing!).
Our son starts school in September 2026, which is why we are thinking that we are interested in someone who would like more hours, as during school holidays his Welsh nursery doesn’t run, and so we would be hoping to find someone who can have him for the two days he doesn’t go to the Welsh nursery! (His English nursery runs during the school holidays). However once he starts school in September 2026, we would need someone who can cover the school holidays Tuesday-Friday!
If you were hoping for more hours, we can easily add some by decreasing nursery days, so please get in touch!
Ideally we are looking for someone that either speaks Welsh or Italian (as our current Aupair has been teaching our kids Italian and we would LOVE to continue this!).
We are happy for a live in or live out nanny, it would totally be up to you!
