I'm a 28 year old man and mental health nursing student. I’m calm, patient, and approachable, with a genuine love for working with children. My Experience
I am a qualified early years practitioner and youth care practitioner with five years experience working with children and young people in a variety of settings, including nursery, residential care, and secure services. I am fully PVG checked, SSSC registered and experienced supporting children with diverse needs, including those who are neurodivergent or require extra patience and understanding. I’m confident providing nurturing and reliable care, whether for occasional babysitting or regular childcare support.

My Availability
As a university student, I’m happy to offer consistent childcare outside of typical 9–5 hours, which works well around my lectures. I usually have morning lectures, so I’m often available during school pick-up times and afternoons, with occasional adjustments for specific lecture days that I always know well in advance and can plan around.
Additionally, as part of my course, I undertake three clinical placements per year, each lasting six weeks. Some placements follow regular 9–5 hours, while others have varied schedules. I receive my full placement timetable by October for the academic year, allowing plenty of time to coordinate and ensure my availability fits your family’s needs.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My standard rate is £15 per hour, reflecting my qualifications, experience, and commitment to providing safe, reliable, and nurturing childcare. For regular bookings or siblings, I’m happy to discuss a discounted rate to better suit your family’s needs.
