Both me and my husband are doctors and have a flexible rota. We need help on few days which I can't confirm before the rota of next cycle is confirmed. We have a lovely 10 year old daughter for whom we will need assistance in dropping off and pickup from nearby school and sit with her after school till one of us returns by evening.
