I am a very patient and empathic person and my care for children is driven by these qualities. I am a very creative person with experience in many crafts and art mediums and I am always up for doing something creative. I love to help with homework, I did very well in school because I found the joy in homework and education and this has continued throughout my University studies and I am eager to help wherever I can with homework.
My Experience
Over the past year, I have worked as a nanny doing school pick-up and drop offs and occasionally a full day of activities. My role included helping the girls get organised in the morning, helping with school work and arts activities, cooking dinner. I have also on occasion helped the girls get ready for bed and read their books with them. I worked about 20 hours/ week. Equally as important, I had the role of a confidant, a trusted adult and a friend for the girls. We have created such a wonderful bond and it was my pleasure to listen to and guide and support them when needed.
