About Me
Hi i’m Mia! I am a medical science student and a well versed nursing assistant. I have looked after people with a range of conditions and abilities independently in their homes and under nurses and doctors in a nursing home. I have always felt a connection with those who are vulnerable and being able to help is something that I find comes naturally and is very fulfilling. Gaining experience in care alongside my studies is massively beneficial for me and the people I look after.
My Experience
My responsibilities have included preparing meals, organizing educational and recreational activities, helping with homework, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting emotional development through patience and positive reinforcement. I’ve also managed bedtime routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, and handled minor first aid when necessary. I enjoy working with children and take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families. My approach is nurturing, responsible, and adaptable to each child’s unique personality and needs.

I have obtained a full care certificate and am studying medical science.
My Availability
I am looking to take on more regular clients and am open to be flexible for one off or emergency call ins.
