My Experience

I spent 3 years teaching swimming lessons to children as young as 2 and up to 12 years old, and for the past year I have been working in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities schools as a teaching assistant. In this role, I support and engage with children from 4 years old all the way up to 18. Because I work with an agency, I am adept at arriving to a new school and building trust with staff and students from the very first day. I am able to flexibly adapt to different family routines so as to be of as much help as I can. I grew up helping to raise my two youngest sisters, so I have a good understanding of how to care for children in the home as well as in a teaching environment.

My Qualifications

I have an up-to-date, advanced DBS and am a qualified teaching assistent.

My Availability

I live in Church Stretton and don't have a car, but as long as public transport allows, I am completely flexible. I am only able to work from now until the end of August, as I have to go back to Leicester to work, but before then I can work on short notice and at any time.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.21 per hour

I am 21, so I am happy to work for the minimum wage for my age group, which is £12.21 per hour. If travel costs were over £5 per shift, I would also ask for compensation for the cost that is over £5. For instance, if a return journey on the train was £10 I would ask for £5 on top of my hourly wage.
