About Me

I am a recently graduated student from the London Screen Academy and I'm looking for a position for about six months initially while I save some money to go travelling. I thought it's best to be honest from the start. Ideally I would love to connect with a family and form a relationship that could continue beyond the next six months and through my next stage of education.
I love working with children and have been a member of the Woodcraft Folk since I was just six. lt's ethos is that as you grown through the movement, you act as mentors to the ones coming up behind you. As part of my Duke of Edinburgh Award I co-ran the Elfins group for those that are 6-10 years old.
Last year I was employed by a neighbour while he had his children for the summer. They were 5, 7 and 8 years old. I amused them through the day with trips to the park, the library and summer activities. I then cooked a healthy meal, read them stories and got them ready for bed.
I am looking for a similar position but would consider any proposals, after school care, housekeeping and cooking. I consider myself to be an all-round girl Friday. I feel the most important thing is having a connection with a family.
I have a natural positive, upbeat nature and I believe in old fashioned values and manners.
I enjoy the outdoors, music, books and film.
