About Me

I have extensive experience in the childcare sector. I am engaging in a part time career as a childminder after a few years of looking after my grandchildren. Working with pre school age children brings me joy. I know I can enhance children’s learning experiences especially through supporting and valuing their own play choices, I believe this and working collaboratively with parents will give our children a great start in life.

My Experience

I have extensive experience in the childcare sector. I am engaging in a part time career as a childminder after a few years of looking after my grandchildren. Prior to this I have worked in daycare and school based nurseries as a key worker to small groups and as a deputy manager leading the curriculum and staff training. I have worked within adult training and education primarily training and assessing childcare practitioners.
