My Experience

Over 15 years in full time nanny-ing. Excellent in developing children, very active and resourceful, she does daily play groups / museums / events / parks / afterschool clubs (and obviously school runs) -- or makes up indoor games when there are truly no options to go out. Manages children with ease (3 including pre-school!), just the right balance of strict and fun, and always respectful to the child. Loving and caring -- kids genuinely miss her, preschooler in particular. An excellent and keen cook, with focus on healthy options, and leaves kitchen / play area spotless. And importantly -- she has been a trusted partner to parents (me in this case), always sticks to my priorities and asks when in doubt.

My Qualifications

Inna has over 15 years in full time childcare.
Inna speaks Ukranian, Russian, and Italian; and some English. First aid trained (not in the UK though). She is based north-east, and is looking for a long term relationship with a family, ideally with a newborn / newborns.
