About Me
Hello, I’m Cassie. I’m a primary school teacher in Northfleet returning to work in January part time.
I have two sons- my eldest is 2 (born April 2023) and my youngest I’m currently on maternity leave with (born January 2025).
My eldest son attends nursery for 15 hours.
I’m looking for a childminder to use additionally to the nursery when both boys receive their 30 funded hours.
We only have one car so our childminder needs to be local to either Gravesend where I can drive to on route to or from work or Bean where my husband can walk the boys to (within 30 mins walk).
One scenario we think could work for us is a childminder for two full days either term time or all year round. These days would be a Monday and a Tuesday. Mondays I have a staff meeting until 5 but if this is too late we do have a back up plan for someone else to collect.
