About Me
During term time I am a full time secondary science teacher. I provide a safe, comfortable and fun environment for children, whether you need a few hours during the day, an evening out, or occasional childcare.
I’m happy to help with playtime, meals, bedtime routines and keeping the little ones entertained while you’re away.
My Experience
I have been a Brownie Leader within Girlguiding for the past 10 years working with children between 7 and 11. I am a qualified science teacher working with children 11-18 years.
Over the past decade I have also done childcare for several families with children from toddler age upwards.
I also offer science tutoring separately and can support with KS3 curriculum and GCSE science with chemistry and biology as a specialism, foundation and double award physics can also be covered.
My Qualifications
Qualified teacher with QTS. DBS checked with both a Secondary School and Girlguiding UK.
My Availability
Evenings suit me best but often can be flexible around weekends
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
I charge £15/hr for childcare, day rates can be discussed if needing one full day of care at a weekend
