Hello, my name is Keiko. I’m 26 years old and originally from Japan.
I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for my five nieces and nephews, who range in age from 1 to 15. This has given me the ability to support children of all ages—from infants to teenagers—with confidence and care.
In my daily life, I’ve worked for several years as a website creator, which has given me strong social skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to new environments.
I’m originally from Japan and came to the UK because I have a deep interest in the European approach to education and childcare. In Japan, au pair or nanny positions are still uncommon, and many women struggle to find flexible support.
In the future, I hope to start a project that supports working parents and improves the childcare environment in Japan.
Since au pair and nanny systems are still rare in my country, learning from how families in Europe raise their children means a lot to me—both personally and for my future goals.
That’s why I truly value this opportunity, and I will look after your children with all my heart, as if they were part of my own family.
My Experience
I have looked after my five nieces and nephews for many years.
While my sister was working, I regularly cared for them alone.
I spent especially a lot of time with my niece who is turning 4 this year.
My Qualifications
1. Currently completing a Paediatric First Aid course
2. Taking Common Core Skills and Knowledge (Level 2) training – UK childcare basics
3. Appling for an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
My Availability
As I’ve only recently started my search, I remain open and flexible to various arrangements.
That said, I’m currently hoping to build a meaningful relationship with one family, and therefore I’m particularly interested in live-in opportunities.
