About Me
My wife and I have two young children, our daughter, who is 15 months old, and our newborn son, who is just a few days old. We also have two wonderful dogs who are very much part of the family. We live in a lovely country house with a large garden, providing plenty of space both inside and out.
We lead a busy family life and value a calm, happy home environment. We enjoy spending time outdoors, travelling when we can, and hosting friends and family. We're looking for someone who can become part of our family dynamic, someone who is warm, trustworthy, and adaptable, with a genuine love for children and family life.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to assist my wife both around the house and with the care of our daughter and son. Trustworthiness is essential, as this person would be supporting our family closely and may occasionally be required to travel with us.
The role will involve a combination of housekeeping — including cleaning, ironing, and cooking — alongside helping with the children as needed. We are also looking for someone who can actively support the development and early education of our children, encouraging their learning through play and engagement.
Our daughter will be starting nursery in April 2026, so we’re keen to find someone who can build a bond with both her and our son ahead of that.
We are open to discussing whether this would suit more of a nanny or housekeeper arrangement, but ultimately we’re looking for someone who can become a valued part of our family and provide reliable, ongoing support across all areas of family life.
