I like to sing and boogie, be spontaneous and silly, and immerse myself in a child's imagination as a playmate and educator. My childcare practice is heavily influenced by the natural world and I'm not afraid to get muddy or rained on if it means we're having fun! I like to think I have a positive and helpful attitude towards life and lead by example to imprint those values on the children in my care. I enjoy languages, reading, embroidery, and climbing.
My Experience
I have 10 years of experience in childcare, mainly with under-5s. I worked in nurseries for 7 years before moving on to nannying, and recently sidestepped into chaperoning for a SEN 12 year old, but early years is where I feel most comfortable and confident. I am First Aid trained, have an enhanced DBS check, and a Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Education.

NFCE CACHE Technical Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator)
Level 2 Infection Prevention and Control
My Availability
I am looking for 15 hours a week maximum. While I would love to make a connection with a family that leads to a long term commitment I'm also happy to take shorter term or occasional jobs. I'm usually able to work at short notice.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
£15/hour flat rate plus expenses (snacks for the child, public transport fares while travelling during work hours, activity fees etc)
+£2.50/h per additional child
+£5/h after midnight
