About Me

Hello, my name is Becca and I run Sunshine minding. I am based in Mytchett and I am a Ofsted registered childminder. I love being outdoors and do a lot of outdoor learning/sensory play.
I have two children of my own (11 & 9) and a husband, we live in a quiet neighbourhood with a big garden which leads right into the forest.

My Experience

I have extensive experience working with children as I have previously worked in schools and nurseries before becoming a childminder. I was a child minder at my previous address in Northern Ireland where I cared for children from 5 months to 12 years. I have a great understanding of the EYFS framework.

My Qualifications

I am Makaton trained up to level 3, I have a degree in education studies and a level 3 in Teaching assistant. I am first aid trained as well as safeguarding and health and safety in children.
