Part Time Nanny Job in Glasgow
About Me
We are a young-ish family relocating from London to Milngavie in early October 2026 and are looking for a wonderful nanny to join us long-term for 2-3 days/week for about 6 hours/day.
We have two happy and very social children (a 2½-year-old boy and a 14-month-old girl) - plus our much-loved chocolate Labrador, so being a dog lover is essential!
My Requirements
Our son will be at a local nursery on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so much of the role on those days will focus on our daughter. We'd love someone who enjoys organising fun days out - be it: playgroups, swimming lessons, book bug and/or outdoor adventures.
During nap times, we'd appreciate some help with light housekeeping, keeping the children's areas organised and preparing fresh children's meals or freezer meals.
There may also be opportunities for occasional evening or weekend babysitting and the role could develop into a full-time position from early next year if I return to work.
We're looking for someone warm, energetic and reliable who is interested in becoming part of our family for the long term (as continuity is really important to us).
We'll be in Glasgow on 31st July 2026 and would love to meet potential candidates while we're visiting.
