Part Time Nanny Job in High Wycombe or Babysitter
About Me
We are a warm, loving and caring family based in High Wycombe, looking for a wonderful nanny to become an important part of our home.
We have two happy little boys aged 3½ and 1, along with our two friendly dogs.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and enjoys helping them learn, grow and thrive. More than anything, we'd love to find someone who will build a close, trusting and long-lasting relationship with both our children and our family.
As a mum, I'm looking for a supportive extra pair of hands - someone who is kind, compassionate, nurturing and proactive, with a positive attitude that creates a happy and calm environment for the children. We value open communication and would love a nanny who feels comfortable sharing updates and working closely with us as part of the team.
This is a long-term position, and we're hoping to find someone who will become a valued part of our family as our boys grow.
My Requirements
Start Date
• Anytime – we're happy to wait for the right person.
Hours
• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (can be flexible for the right person, 3 days max)
• 9:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, loving care for our two boys.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

• Encourage learning through play and provide focused one-to-one learning time.
• Support age-appropriate developmental milestones for both children.
• Experience supporting early years learning, including pre-reading, phonics and school readiness, would be highly desirable as our eldest begins this exciting stage.
• Keep the children's bedrooms, play areas and belongings tidy and organised.
• Complete the children's laundry.
• Prepare healthy meals for the children when required (our housekeeper usually prepares meals, but there will be occasions when this isn't possible).
• Take the children to playgroups and activities, so a full driving licence and confidence driving children are essential.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic.
• Proactive, uses their own initiative and is a quick learner.
• Genuinely passionate about working with children.
• Creative and able to come up with fun, engaging activities.
• Positive, energetic and able to build strong, trusting relationships with children and parents.
• An excellent communicator who values working closely with our family.
• Comfortable around dogs, as we have two friendly family dogs.

We're looking for someone who will become an extension of our family. If you're warm, energetic, dependable and passionate about helping children flourish, we'd love to hear from you.
