My Summary

My Experience

I started working in childcare at the age of 16 (I'm 36 now) and throughout that time have worked with children of all ages in a range of settings.

I started off working in nurseries before becoming a private nanny, working abroad providing childcare in a holiday resort before returning home and working for an agency doing ADHOC childcare and being an events nanny (for weddings, corporate events and i provided the childcare at Hampton Court flower show multiple times too).

Eventually I started my own ADHOC Nanny business, The Local Nanny and provided childcare and domestic help for many local families.

For the last 8 years I have been taking time to focus on myself, while helping out a few families over that time but not at the scale I was before. (This is why I don't currently have a DBS or up to date first aid certificate.)

I am now looking to start increasing the hours that I am working again but I'm not currently looking for anything too regular while I get back into the swing of things.

My Qualifications

I have an NBQ level 2 and 3 in childcare and a lot of extra CPD qualifications

I also have experiances working with children who have additional needs.
I am autistic and have had lots of success working with autistic children in the past as I understand their needs in different ways to others.

My Availability

I have the ability to be flexible depending on whats on my calendar. If the times and dates are free then I can book it in. If you want times that I have not marked please feel free to ask as they may be available.

I am aiming to be based close to home to reduce travel so ideally the Cheam and North Cheam area but could travel a but for the right family.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour

I am moving towards being self employed to rates include tax.
