My Requirements

My wife had our daughter 5 months ago, and 3 months ago she became extremely ill & was hospitalised for a long time. She is still in recovery which is likely to take several weeks, if not months, longer.

We would be looking for someone who can mind our daughter at our home so that my wife can still be involved when she feels up to it. We have been managing up until now using our family network, but I need a more semi-permanent solution which reduces the pressure on us all & allows for us all to return to work as usual.

I am still figure out how much support we need, but it would likely be 6/7 hrs a day for 2-4 days per week. And for that arrangement to continue until a point my wife feels she is able to take back over.
