My Requirements

We are looking for a warm, responsible, and experienced nanny to care for our 1-year-old baby in Sutton Cold field. This is a long-term role for someone genuinely passionate about early childhood development and capable of providing care during the week.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing attentive and loving care for our 1-year-old throughout the day

2. Managing all essential baby-related needs, including:

3. Feeding (preparing meals/formula and ensuring a healthy feeding routine)

4. Diaper changing

5. Nap time routines

6. Engaging the child in age-appropriate play and early developmental activities

7. Supporting milestones such as crawling, walking, talking, etc.

8. Ensuring a safe and stimulating home environment at all times

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Proven experience caring for infants or toddlers (references required, if any )

2. A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to childcare

3. Strong understanding of infant care routines, sleep schedules, and safety

4. Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check

5. Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

6. Non-smoker

Location: Four Oaks, near harvest field community center, Sutton Coldfield,

Schedule: [Full-time/Part-time, Monday to Friday, 11?am – 5?pm]
