My Experience
My culture is naturally very involved in looking after kids so I have done that informally my whole life.
I volunteered as an after-school helper for 6 months for my duke of Edinburgh qualification.
I volunteered as an assistant in Teaching circus to kids for 1 semester in 2024, to get more childcare experience for my circus job in the upcoming summer. I worked with kids aged 3-5, 5-8, and 8-11. I learnt a lot about safety in a high risk activity like Circus (hoop, trapeze, silks, hammock)
I worked as a Camp Counsellor and Circus Instructor for children aged 6-16 in America. This is where I have the most experience with kids as my job was extremely intense and full on, especially managing both roles at the same time. I loved it though.
My Qualifications
First aid training 3 times (Scotland, Czech Republic, and USA)
I studied medicine for 2 years in the Czech Republic so have qualifications in those subjects related to health.
I study Law in Aberdeen, and have just finished my intercalated diploma in France.
My Availability
Most weekdays after school. I will know for sure when I have my timetable for the academic year.
