Hi,
My name is Pille, I'm 29 years old, and live in the beautiful town of Conwy with my husband, who works locally as a physiotherapist.
I have experience working with children through my role at a child contact centre, where I supported children and adolecents, including newborns and those with additional needs, in often sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
This past year I have been studying a BA(hons) degree in Health and Social Care (due to complete by the end of May, 2026) and I am now looking for new opportunities where I can return to working with children.
My Experience
In my most recent job, I worked at a family contact centre to facilitate supervised meetings between fostered children and their families.
I have a good understanding of child development and the importance of play in supporting learning, wellbeing, and communication. I regularly supported infants and young children with their daily care needs, including feeding, nappy changing, and engaging in age-appropriate play activities such as reading, drawing, and interactive play.
I am confident in early years care, supporting child development and building positive relationships with both children and parents/carers.
I take initiative in adapting to each child’s needs.
My Qualifications
Currently completing the final year of a Ba(Hons) degree in Health and Social Care (Bangor University).
Higher education diploma in Midwifery (University of Southampton).
