My Experience
I have over 5.5 years of experience working with children from 3 months to preschool age in both nursery and nanny settings. For nearly 3 years, I worked full-time in an Outstanding nursery within the Hammersmith & Fulham borough, primarily with toddlers aged 16 months to 3 years, while also supporting babies and preschool children.
More recently, I worked as a Spanish-speaking nanny for a baby from 4 months to 11.5 months, supporting weaning, sleep routines, sensory play, outdoor exploration and key developmental milestones. Providing consistent care entirely in Spanish has been especially rewarding, and it has been wonderful to see how much Spanish the child has come to understand through natural, everyday interactions.
I also currently care for a 2.5 year old as a Spanish-speaking nanny, encouraging natural language development through songs, stories, imaginative play and daily conversation in a fun and nurturing environment.
Throughout my career, I have supported children through important milestones including weaning, establishing healthy sleep habits, toilet training, adjusting to a new sibling and settling into bilingual environments, always with patience, warmth and empathy. I pride myself on building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, creating a calm, nurturing and consistent environment where children feel safe, confident and happy to learn.
My Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years Educator
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree (previous career in events)
- Paediatric First Aid Certified (latest training in Sep 2025)
- Enhanced DBS Check (on the update service)
- Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and other core early years training
- Native Spanish Speaker, fully bilingual in English
- Strong understanding of EYFS
My Availability
Nannying (available from mid/end of September):
– Looking for a nanny position of around 30 hours per week
– Preferably with hours grouped into longer days, but open to spreading hours across Monday to Friday depending on the family’s needs
– Open to both sole charge and nanny share opportunities
Babysitting (available now):
– Weekdays in the evenings from 6:00pm
– Saturdays & Sundays (mornings until 12:00pm)
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)
Nannying rate: £25/hour (for one family)
Nanny share rate: £15/hour per family
